I juiced today. Red one is a Whole watermelon, ginger, yellow bottle is pineapple, the green one is celery, apples, lemons. I play around with those flavors a drink with ice.

Please advise what extra workout should apply to the daily challenge. I walk everyday 1-3 miles since the challenge started.
Sometimes meal prepping can take a long while and we may not have time for it, we donβt know what we want or we just donβt feel like doing it lol so I bought this from Costco to help cut some time down. Itβs already measured out and I can make salads, wraps, or any other quick meal with these.
