So I took a Pilates class today and omg I am so grateful Yvonne thought us barre! Pilates is no joke, but Yvonneโ€™s barre classes prepared me for todayโ€™s Pilates class! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘‘ I didnโ€™t realize how strong my core really is until I took a Pilates class ๐Ÿ‘ธ๐Ÿป

Hello fellow Queens! I just had a question for the facilitators/administrators. I no longer am able to see much older replays from the coaches like I used to last year. Is that a request that could be made? Would LOVE to have more of the options that work best for me, thanks in advance!

Some days are so difficult and feel defeating. Iโ€™m a single mom of four, working two jobs as a nurse, in my last class to graduate with my NP license. My physical and mental health has been the last priority for a bit now. I just recently restarted ballet lessons and now restarting QW. How do you juggle it all and make time for yourselves?

Trying to decide which juice to start my day off with this morning ๐Ÿ˜ Got my brand new juicer for Christmas thanks to hubby and I have been enjoying coming up with multiple different recipes. I think I'm up to six now and I love to start.my day and "break fast" with them. Juice then workout then protein packed breakfast. Have a blessed and a beautiful Saturday. Queens!

Wanted to share my happy vibes from yesterday. I did a favor for a friends kids guitar, that favor got me to another friends job where I saw this amazing guitar, Prince famous guitar!! ๐Ÿคฉit was amazing to see his guitar, a piece of our music history so close! ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผโ˜ฎ๏ธ due to the time I spent there I missed Coach Alexis live class! Coach Alexis, I thought of you as I took this picture, hope you feel the vibes from it!!
