Woohoo! Just completed this work out! I went out to the lake today... And still came home and worked out 🎉
Great workouts! I definitely feel the squats in my quads.. I wonder if that's cuz I have thunder thighs and a little pancake 😆
For the RDLs i used my bar with 15lb plates.
I used my 20lb dumbbell for the 2 step squats.
