Top of the top! I finally did it.. I tried barre and LORDT.. what an experience. Definitely going to incorporate barre at least 2 times in the week! It was a challenge and one I was holding off on doing but I’ve been a queen warrior for 4 months now.. it was more than time! Today’s focus was lower body and baybeee! These buns are on 🔥 from:
