Putting these pictures together last night and really seeing the changes I’ve made honestly made me emotional. 🥹 The girl on the right was in survival mode, and so much has changed since I made the decision to change my lifestyle.Sometimes we get so caught up in where we want to be that we forget to appreciate how far we’ve come. I’m proud of myself for showing up, staying consistent, and choosing me. This is about so much more than physical changes. ❤️

And this is only the beginning. ❤️✨
