Queens! It’s Mother’s Day week, and I have a special power workout planned for you today.
- At 7:30pm we have a special edition ‘Baby and Me’ power workout, where my 6-month old baby girl will join me and we’ll explore Mommy/Baby friendly exercises together.
- At 8pm my son Judah will join us for a high energy workout. I always say, if you give my son a stage - he’ll give you a show 🤣
