I'm super super super proud of myself for showing up.. for becoming a BETTER me.

I'm stronger, I see the definition in my quads/legs. I see my muscles growing on my arm. My little booty is growing 🥹🥳😛

I'm feeling good, I still have a ways to go to get to what I believe is my goal weight. I feel like that'll change because of body recomp but I'm just enjoying the process.
