I was really dragging my feet to work out today. My kids woke up before 7am and have been WILDIN since 😭😭 but fabi posted in here and I'm like bam that's my sign. So I got up and completed today's workout.

3 for 3 this week ✅

There wouldve been a time where X Heavy band would've been too much for me and now I can use them. 💪🏻
