Hi Queens!

As a massage therapist Queens every time I have a healthy, fit client I find out they practice Yoga, Pilates or spinning. It’s more than the exercise it’s a lifestyle that comes with these exercises and a motto, my body is my temple, which means they treat their body with respect, it’s also a body, mind and soul practice.

Some people are born into households with discipline some of us weren’t but it’s never to late to try and make these changes.

In 2019 I weighed 119lbs. I was going to a gym taking Pilates, Yoga, Spinning & HIIT classes! During Covid I stopped going to the gym.. I was also entering my 50s, I gained 20lbs during the pandemic years. I always dream of one day hitting 130 if not lower but it’s yet to happen. However, I have accepted myself at this weight because with Queen Warriors help I am still maintaining and not gaining more.
