Hi Queens!
I’ve missed you all, I had 2 of my best friends in town for a week! A vacation for them and a staycation for me. I gained my weight back but I know what I need to do to get back thanks to Queen Warriors.
I did workout but very little a 60 min yoga replay with Amiee ❤️ jumped into the last 30 min of a Fabiana live ❤️ and one of my best friends who is also a Queen Warriors and I watched one of Fabiana’s replay chats from her 12 week challenge. We loved it! We walked a lot for 7 days and did a lot of stairs but I ate so much I gained weight.
Today, am trying to eat healthy arugula with mustard, 1/2 a steamed potatoe, steamed carrots, feta cheese and edamame after a week of full indulgence 🍱 🍺 🍫 🍪 🍷..
