Hi Queens! Happy Hump Day! I want to share my journey on QW. For the past two years I’ve been doing the balloon drop with my daughter and everytime I would look at myself not happy with the weight I had gained. So on Jan 1, 2025 I said I need to make a change and make it a lifestyle! For the past 5 months I’ve been working out 4-6 times a week and eating better. I’m happy to report I am down 16 lbs. and feel 1000 times better! It was not easy getting started but now it’s a habit that I will not break! I’m currently doing the LYC to push myself further. I’m rooting for all the queens on here!

Thank you to all the coaches because I’ve completed workouts ranging from 2023 to 2025 in these past 5 months.
