Hey Queens! I just wanted to check-in real quick. I haven't worked out all week. My dad is currently in the hospital so I have had to rearrange my entire schedule for now.The positive in this is that I have still been hitting my daily goals set on my smart watch. Due to all the back and forth I've been hitting my daily steps and still hitting an hour of active time. Missing the mark a little with the daily calorie burn, but I am watching what I eat and making healthy choices to make up for it. I've actually lost a few pounds this week.Life is always changing, but in the mist of those changes do what you can and don't beat yourself up. Focus on what you have control over. I hope you all enjoy the rest of the week and have a wonderful weekend. I'll be back in action soon. 🙏🏽💖🙌🏽
