The arm portion of this workout was FIREEE 🔥 🔥 Definitely a favorite!
For the skull crushers, I used my 25lb plate. Felt the SQUUUEZE in my core 🔥 🔥
For the standing crunches, I held the 10lb dumbbells in both hands.
Those DIPPPS ; UNACCEPTABLE 🤣🤣 my upper body is definitely my weaker point so I definitely did a hard 5 dips before I took a break and got back to it.. my arms are on 🔥
