I am not sure if anyone else is having this issue. But I am receiving the daily workout notifications 22 mins AFTER they have already started live.

Even though I am aware of the schedule before hand as I prepare myself either the night before or morning of etc.. but I’m curious if this is happening to anyone else?

I checked my settings. I’m in the East Coast and it all looks fine from my cell.
