Day 2 down! I can’t feel my legs but I feel great 😅. Getting back to pushing myself to work out. I’ve been a bit unmotivated lately but I’m back. Getting on the scale and seeing 234.9lbs was the wake up I needed. Getting a walk in on my breaks and even doing a workout on my lunch. By any means necessary!
