Chicken salad with 1/2 avocado and 2 tostones de pana (breadfruit) with avocado on top.
Yummy.
I was told that are good source of carbohydrates and potassium and they are low in fat depend how you make them. Air fryer

Lunch time after 1.35 mile walk around the campus I work.

What are the choices on tea. I normally drink ginger roots tea before going to sleep with honey.
