What a workout with Fab tonight.
She kicked A$$ today. She punished me tonight after a break away on vacation to Aruba. Now back to reality. I kept my cardio walk daily.

Ladies ladies I’ve slacked off this week out here n Aruba. Just been doing my cardio no workout. Please advise what type of workout without equipment. All I have is 2 of my bands

Ladies, Ladies what’s up!!! Here on my way to NY to stay for the night. Leave to Aruba in the morning. Hope I can get my workouts in the am. All I brought with me was band and my exercise gloves so I can manage to use the facilities gym
I don’t want to messed up my routine.
Any other alternative Queen leaders.
