Hi Queen!! You are in the right place!! π₯π₯π₯ Our sons need us to be healthy! Thats what motivates me ! I want to be able to be here for him and guide him as well. Educate myself with making healthier options and it has worked out slowly but surely. Start making small changes that will lead u to success. I started breaking my goals into smaller ones like having more water intake. Working out atleast 3-4 times a week. Started with a 30 min walk and worked my way up. You want it and you will get it!! Day 1 or 1 Day QW!! We are in this togetheer!!π₯π₯π₯πͺπΌπͺπΌπͺπΌ Also I make modifications to the modifications on certain exercises lol Like Coach Yvonna says- This is your workout Queen!!
