I’ve just manuerved over into the catalog of replays ma’am bc I had similar concerns. I like my 30 min burst and arm day. I also commit to myself to complete any video I start so the 30 is more consumerable for me. I too am here to tone not necessarily weight loss. Thanks for sharing
