REPLAY <3 This was such a good workout. and you are right about your growth - you were always a great instructor but you are a BOMB ASS instructor now. I appreciate how you squeeze in explanations and tips for every move, and you never STOP on us! That's something I always look for in an instructor- you better be getting this work with me or else imma think I can stop LOL. Love ya SO much Yvona!!
