FABIIIIII.... I needed you to talk to me just a lil bit moooooore... I couldn't catch my breath for shit this whoooooole workout. 🥵🫠😅 I'm building myself back up but sheeeeeesh! 

I skipped past the EMOM "surprise" at the end cuz I needed to get to that cool down.
