Monday check in before I so and wash the gallons of sweat off! AMAZING workout Fabi! She did not disappoint on the sculpt part of this challenge 😂😅

Monday check in!

Question queens!

Should I be drinking creatine in the mornings or after a workout? I've been told mixed things. Or does it not matter at all?

Friday check in! Idk why I decided to do this before girls night 😂🤪

Numbers check in while I'm still recovering on the mat! 😂💪

Ladies tonight's workout was fire! I went straight to shower with how much I was sweating 😂 Did everyone else end up swimming in sweat? 😭

I'm not gonna lie ladies I took Friday off because my body needed the rest! But we LOCKED IN for the rest of August!

Heyy ladies! I just wanted to say I'm super proud of myself and everyone else who showed up! I used to do queen warriors years ago and my body was tea! But I stopped for awhile and now at the heaviest I've been in all my life I'm choosing me again! 3 weeks of consistency 💪 I came in at the perfect time because these classes with Fabi feel like the old school days and I love it! Sorry for the paragraph I just needed to share my after workout gratitude 😂
