This was an amazing Power Hour. I felt it even in my bones. My only complain is the 15 seconds rest is not enough. Especially if you have to put on bands, take them off, change them from above your knees to ankles and or feet, or even to position yourself. That takes time and I felt rushed. It might be me (I'm a slow mover) but 20 seconds rest is better.
