👑💕I could write novel length paragraphs about how much your program has helped me 📝not only with my physical fitness but my mental health as well. This is my 4th year as a QW 🥹🙏💪each & every day I look forward to working out with either you or Raven or Yvona or whoever is coaching that day/week. 🌹I love it here & im very grateful for the QW community & my coaches who continue to inspire me on a daily basis.🫶✨

This workout was EVERYTHING & MORE❣️lots of laughs & great energy with 2 of the greatest to ever coach a workout: Coach Chasity & Coach Yvona!! I Love when the QW schedule drops on a Sunday morning & there’s a mash-up on it! These two coaches always deliver & come through with a challenging & fun class! 🙏💪 I enjoyed it so much & it’s definitely saved to my favorites! 🙌🫶✨👑💕
