This class was fantastic & I especially liked the challenging exercise Fabi has us do: forearm planks w/ knee taps & hip dips! 💪🔥😊I felt proud that I could keep up!🙌

LOCKED IN!! I’ll be attending Monday, Wednesday & Thursday live & direct ; I’ll do the Tuesday replay as well and OH MY GOODNESS!! We get a Fabi class on a Friday like the OG QW DAYS when she would do three days a week!! While I won’t be there for the live class, I’ll definitely catch that replay as well!!💃💪🙏🌹👑🩷🫂🫶

It means a lot to me that YOU, my very 1st QW coach is still guiding💪 us on the Monday & Wednesday classes — even when you’re out of town!!🥹💓 & I don’t care that they’re without equipment & in your hotel room. This is my 5th year with QW so obviously I’m used to working out with you on Monday & Wednesday! 👑💖You asked for feedback & this is honestly how I feel: “I’m so grateful 4U!” 🙏🌹thank you for everything Fabi, love you dearly!🫶
