I caught this class live tonight & I gotta say it was very good for my body, mind & soul. My doctor ~ who also does yoga herself, once told me that yoga is very good for us🫀🧠🫁. Thank you Coach Aimee & Coach Fabi! 🫶💪🙏✨Namaste🧘‍♀️🙌🩷

👑💕I could write novel length paragraphs about how much your program has helped me 📝not only with my physical fitness but my mental health as well.
