Wow Jamila thank you for your light & aura. God shines right through you, gave me goosebumps at the end of the workout I felt your gratitude and for having this moment that you manifested. And listening to gospel & rap is soothing to many of us who just needs to feel that energy and spirit.

Girl my core was in 🔥 and even though my body was shaking I felt my core working. First time using a Pilate ball, I was lucky that my hubby found a brand new one at his job and now it’s part of my equipment 😜
