What an honor to be recognized by such an amazing Coach - someone who truly knows what it feels like to be on the other side of the TV screen. I am nowhere near my goal yet on this weight loss journey but every single day I remind myself that these small steps are what will lead me to where I want to be months from now… I took continuous inspiring, at least one person at a time along the way! ☺️🙅🏻‍♀️
