I do a mix of both! If I want to lift heavy I go to the gym. If I’m taking it easy I’ll workout at home because I only have 10lb and 4lb dumbbells at home.

Start off with something small and comfortable to you, like 7lbs or 10lbs and work your way up as it becomes easier
