I’ve been consistent with my workouts and not putting too much pressure on myself, just showing up and feeding positivity into myself. I’ve been getting more sleep consistently and I’m working on starting a podcast! So ready to hit all these goals by being consistent daily and not giving myself any “deadlines”. I’m just building my habits and aiming for consistency 😊
