Vulnerable Post! This week was super tough! More so as a mom! This week started the LYSSC and I was pumped and excited! I still am however in the back of my mind I was sooo over it at the same damn time! Mom life is choking me out!!
Today was definitely one of the toughest! I stuck through it though. Each workout from the Lives And The LYC plus my own Stairmaster workout I did them whole heartedly but I deep down was over it and wanted to say “FTS” My mindset was strong nonetheless. Today in class, Coach Raven/Bestie/Mi Mamita Loca 🤗 reminded me to be patient to be grateful!! A message sent to me from GOD! Not my big self crying in the gym!
I say this to say I AM GRATEFUL and have immense Gratitude for QUEEN WARRIORs!
Each day I wanted to give up! But each day my Queen besties poured positivity and dedication during the workouts! Which made me say this is where you need to be!
There’s no community like this! I’ve met THE MOST EXTRAORDINARY Queens! And love it here!

Breathe Mama! We got through the week! We’ve gained more knowledge, more insight, more strength, more love, more understanding and most importantly showed up for ourselves the way we show up for others!
