Week 1 was tough however I got through it. I did all workouts each day on top of a live or replay and did an extra workout from LyC again! I’m going to get this “Forever Body Results” even if I feel like Gumby lol. Food wise was not too hard my kids are holding me accountable and when i say accountable 🙃 I have previously transformed my eating habits so portion wise I’m knowledgeable and practicing. I let go of rice and pasta completely this time regardless of portion control bc I feel I had hit a plateau. My water intake has been soooo GOODT! I don’t drink coffee so it’s a bit easier for me to just focus on drinking water. This week I’m thinking I may juice and not just in my head 😂 FRfR lol… I’m anxious and excited for new week!
