I’m showing up, doing the workouts, eating better, and drinking my water… 2022 I told myself I would hold myself accountable! I won’t lie tho I still haven’t seen results and I know it takes time but I really hate the image in my mirror 🙄 can’t wait to see my results 6months from now.

I’ve never felt so uncoordinated in my life lol but nonetheless it was my first time doing dance exercise and I’m glad I finished

I couldn’t keep up with the entire workout feeling a bit bummed but I won’t let that stop me

I cried watching this entire video. I could definitely relate. Falling off, going through Postpartum depression, struggling with finding that motivation and feeling like a bad mom because I was mentally not in the right place. I decided to give the “Queen Warrior” another try and this time I plan to see it through. I owe it not only for myself in becoming the best version of ME but most importantly I owe it to my daughter who deserves to have the best version of me ❤️
