I follow a lot of social media influencers that do coaching or just workout in general. So when I scroll down my feed and see all the snatched bodies it really motivates me and puts me in the " let's get it " mode.

Just had surgery and was not able to keep up on the intermediate classes and even though I was a little disappointed about having to go a beginner class to get my form, breathing and endurance back together...this class did not disappoint.❤️✅️💪🏽
