Chasity’s lower hamstring and glutes plus Jamila’s lower hiit to start back up. One thing I know is I’m no quitter and I will get where I want to as long as I show up

I would love to but I usually workout 8am-10am but trying to do it at 5am before my chaos starts

My biggest problem is that I’m a super picky eater
