Hey Melissa this would be great for now I just combined two 30 min power classes when I need that extra push. Hoping they give us a full hour power class too

Maria Rojas hey Maria start with a beginners class maybe a stretch class. If you’re feeling up to it jump on a live class or do a replay of a beginners hiit.

I’m feeling great! I just raced 14 Twelve and over kids ( who run track) and won!! They challenged me, they thought I was sweet for it. I gave them two weeks to train to get ready for a rematch I’ll be sure to record that one!!

I got off subject lol I’ve finished my workout for today; I replayed Jamilas first solo power and hiit class it was awesome. Meals prepped through Wednesday it’s go time!!
