There's a section in the app called Target Areas. Personally, I like to do Power (Monday-Upper body ; Wednesday- Lower Body; Friday- Full body). Tuesday/Thursday- core.
Today was one of those days, but I'm committed to getting up & getting my body moving whether it's a replay, walk, etc. Whether it's 10min or 30. Decided to throw on my weighted hula hoop & got it done ✔️
Been on the struggle bus since the Mommy Makeover Challenge, but I'm tired of putting myself last. Dedicating the next 30 days to movement of any kind to get myself back on track
