Never again missing 2 classes in a row 🥵 I’m just catching up from last weeks . Went out of state . I know , no excuses but I was active taking hikes but still felt weird not doing queen warriors workouts. But we back again 💪🏻

Goodmorning . I wanted to show my 1 month progress since when I first joined queen warriors which was in sep till the end of the month . Might not notice but I can tell a difference and feel better and more energetic since I joined . It’s not easy but by showing up for ourselves and bein committed it’s already a win .
