Soooo… I just complete this workout on replay and I was able to complete a few all the way through and I’m touching my toes!! I started 2 weeks ago today to be exact and I can definitely feel and see the difference! Feeling great!!

GM did almost the full replay this morning after my walk/run! Not feeling very good either, had about 20 minutes left, ugh was so close! 😭
