Thank u ladies…. As much as I didn’t want to bc of how tired I was and was going to be, I had someone looking up to me (my daughter) and than my hubby seeing me hesitating he told her “ come on let’s help mommy pump this workout out!!” it was WORTH it every drop of sweat and pain I felt!! #Justkeepswimming ✨

Okay ladiessses just got done hittin the replay with it being workout #3- bc of how busy life was TADAYYYY , but i made sure there wasn’t no excuses even tho i have to be up at 3AM for work I still got it in and then someone decided to pop in and join lol… but here’s my stats for today’s .. boy let me tell u.. my yoga at the end was def needed !!!
