Dang that looks delish!!!  😍  I wish I could eat rice. It bloats me SO BAD!!  I've come up with a cauliflower rice with peas and carrots fried (or not) recipe  to replace it, lol

Thank you for sharing this because WOMAN I'm with you.Β  I'm 56 and well into menopause... I also commit to keep at it, but I'm not perfect.Β  Not ONE SINGLE WORK OUT DONE in my first 2.5 weeks, but ya know what my eating on track, my mental focus coming back getting all that crap food out of my system and I've been getting my sleep, and doing so much better on water and extra protein which is what I committed to doing FIRST!!! So I call that a WIN!!Β  I feel great, have lost some weight just by cleaning up my diet, yeah I'm bummed I can't seem to make myself get off the couch and workout even though I know that's the special sauce, but it's coming, I'll never give up on myself

Dinner so yummy 😊 I cooked Cauliflower rice with peas and carrots then added chicken Shawarma meat and gyro meat I picked up at Pita Mediterranean restaurant. I added brags amino acid and avocado oil to cook cauliflower in then threw in meat to heat up then a pack of good ole Panda hot mustard on top when served.

It was so good!
