Can't make the workout tonight have a graduation to go to looking forward to my first live workout though.  Today is my first actual day of making good decisions foodwise and I've already almost got my 300 active calories in and I haven't even done anything but my normal work day, so that's encouraging to know I can hit that goal consistently.  Now I gotta get those 4 workouts on my plan in by Sunday😀 That's spectacular that you're on a 21 day streak!!!  I wanna be just like you 😘

Hello everyone.  I'm excited to make this commitment to myself to get back at it.  Worked hard for 3 years to lose 100 pounds and over the last 2 years have started gaining back some weight which scares the crap out of me.  You know how those new relationships get you...  I'm up about 35 pounds over my lowest weight of 179 but realize now I think I'm most comfortable around the 190 range.  So I'm looking to lose about 25 pounds and re-claim my hot azz body!!  I have a real problem of basing my self-worth on my looks and body and have been working hard to overcome that and be happy no matter what!  I just know I feel better mentally and physically when I'm under 200.

I hear your mama sometimes being with a man just as hard as breaking up with one. My situation lol. Had to stop and get myself back tho. Deal with a decision on him later. Hang in there❣️❣️. Keep it up!!! Moving forward!!
