I’m STILL feeling sore in my core from fabiana’s HIIT Workout TWO nights ago ! 😅🥳 I really didn’t think I could awake those muscles 🥳🥳 so grateful for this program 🙏🥹😍

I actually woke up and did stretching ! After one class with Fabiana . Mind you ladies, I haven’t moved a muscle in a year so this is huge for me !! 😆
