Good evening Queen Vanessa. I’m right here with you. The first medication they started me on since being in remission I had to change. I absolutely could not take it. It had me depressed and my body ached all over. Amoung other side effects. But Ive been on the new meds for 5 months now and I have less side effects. I’m still experiencing a lot of leg pain but nothing like before. I read that eating bananas and drinking a lot of water helps. And taking magnesium and Vitamin D. And just continue to pray and meditate on Gods word. And like you I’m doing all the things to stay healthy and fit because I do not want to experience this again! But just take it easy, give yourself some grace and do what you can. We got this!🎀🙏🏾 Im here if you need me!

Sending prayers for you and your family. Whatever is best for you I’m okay with it. Take time with your loved ones❤️🙏🏾

Jacqueline B. So I’m doing the live workouts on Mon/Wed/Thur and Abs on Tues/Thur/Sat.

Nice!!! Welcome Jacqueline. I purchase the 10 minutes abs as well. I love both workouts!! This is my third week I believe, we got this!!

I love the motivation, the music, the encouragement, the different workouts and the sprinkle of Jesus in every workout! So glad I found Queen Warriors on IG. It’s so befitting for me in this season of my life as a 7-month BC Survivor!🎀 So proud to be a Queen Warrior. God is so good!🥹

Thank you!
