Great workout tonight. The sweat was dripping and I was loving every minute of these exercises. My son joined me tonight again, which I love so much. Like before I told him to do it at his own pace and rest when he needed to. Had him doing mountain climbers for the booty exercises. So proud of him. Summer Tread let’s go!!!!

Completed Friday’s replay, my son joined me for this workout. After finishing Friday’s replay, I completed the first half of Wednesday’s workout also. When we were finished, I heard my him telling his dad that mothers exercises are no joke and he now understood why I am dripping in sweat and making those noises 🤣. He then came out of the room and said, “clap it up to you mom and thanks for inviting me to exercise with you.”

That made me feel so happy, I gave him the biggest hug and kiss. I remember Fabiana talking about us setting an example for our kids, so I hope he will continue this journey with me. I really enjoyed working out with him and loved the fact that he too had a great time doing these exercises. I’m so sorry that I didn’t take a picture of him dripping in sweat too ☺️. Thanks Fabiana for creating these exercises for us and motivating us ladies each day. Love and appreciate you Queen!!

Replay completed. Did not completely finished each round for the booty blaster last night so I challenged myself today. This booty blaster workout almost took me out 🔥 🔥 🔥I pause and replay the ones that challenged me the most, the swing and squat, the resistant band in and out and the squat in and out and they had my booty and glutes on 🔥. Loved each of them though!!!!

Did not post last night but I did the replay today and it was so great the second time around. Sweat was dripping to the mat, getting in my eyes, my glasses. Great one to start off the week!!!

Last night vs today

Sweat coming from every where. Great one tonight Fabiana. Loving the Summer Shred so much. Every week brings a different challenge and I’m up for every single one. These workouts might be kicking my but it’s all good. Tomorrow I will be doing the replay and I know I will conquer each one. Why? Because I am a Queen Warrior!!! Thanks Fabiana, you are the best!

I honestly enjoyed tonight’s workout with Fabiana. I will definitely do the replay tomorrow because I missed a few seconds in between changes to get the workout in. When I tell you the sweat was dripping, it was dripping!!! I noticed that my waist has gotten smaller and my 🍑 is growing ☺️. Love staying consistent and showing up every week. Thanks Fabiana for pushing us to be the best version of ourselves. ❤️

Week 2 started off great. Loving these workouts with Fabiana so much. So happy with this program, Queen Warrior!! Thanks Fabiana for taking the time out to work with us ladies and pushing us to the limit. Really appreciate you!!

Added a waist belt for a few workouts and I am loving what it is doing.

This workout tonight was fire 🔥 🔥🔥🔥but I loved every single one. I had to draw for my water a few times and do a little breathing exercise but I got through them and I can say I survived Monday’s workout. Wonder what’s going to happen Wednesday????? We got this though!!! Right ladies?

The sweat tonight, it was dripping! Great one tonight. I was struggling with the leg lift but I did what I could. Never quitting!!!

I was so tired tonight but I pushed myself to the max. Love my exercises with Fabiana because she makes it fun but push you to the limit. Sweat was coming from everywhere. Great one tonight!!!
