Yes definitely but don’t expect it to come over night. Over time it comes. Just stay consistent and you will see and feel the changes.

Hey queen! Yes stay consistent hit you protein intake goals, you will definitely see the results. Give your all for every workout you commit to. Love your journey to the fullest. Use everyones stories to help up lift you. Two more important note. Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. We all have different paths. Don’t get down on yourself it doesn’t have to be perfect and it’s not meant to be perfect. It’s meant to stretch and strengthen your mindset. You got this queen!

I will! Slowed down on taking my photos but still have been showing up for my workouts. I dropped from 5 days a week to 3 to 4 days depending on how busy my week is bball season for my oldest son. I know you know how that goes! Queen warrior is still one of the best part of my day. Love this family dearly! 😘
