Protein! I always try to stay on track with protein. Or eating somewhat crappy. My body instantly knows when I slack on protein. I feel like I lose what I gain quick if I donโ€™t keep up. For me Iโ€™m trying to keep and maintain the muscle I gain. I can see it right away when Iโ€™m not hitting my protein intake drives me crazy. I have just kinda be experimenting with myself. Eat crappy one week and healthy the next. I see that my belly starts gaining the fat vs clean eating the following two weeks the belly trims. Trying to get that better understanding of what my body likes and doesnโ€™t. So protein this week has been on track for the most part. Thatโ€™s a win for me this week.

Hey queen I workout 4-5 days a week. Donโ€™t get overwhelmed in choosing. When I started I just went through as many videos as I could. It definitely helps you get use to what we are doing. They have modifications tips for all workouts. Practice your technique and form before moving to weights thatโ€™s important. Once your confident and comfortable then start to add your weights. Hope that was helpful.

Yes definitely! Knowing how committed I am to myself then actually seeing the changes from where is started to now is hands down amazing! Iโ€™m so proud and excited to keep climbing.

Though the week was amazing. I love the home vibe! Your home is beautiful! The music was good as always. My favorite workout of the week was day 2! Loved all the workouts that day. I added this to my favorite list! I thinking adding a deep core controlled breathing workouts would be great. Also nice stretch or hip opener class for the second part of Fridays workouts.
