Protein! I always try to stay on track with protein. Or eating somewhat crappy. My body instantly knows when I slack on protein. I feel like I lose what I gain quick if I donโt keep up. For me Iโm trying to keep and maintain the muscle I gain. I can see it right away when Iโm not hitting my protein intake drives me crazy. I have just kinda be experimenting with myself. Eat crappy one week and healthy the next. I see that my belly starts gaining the fat vs clean eating the following two weeks the belly trims. Trying to get that better understanding of what my body likes and doesnโt. So protein this week has been on track for the most part. Thatโs a win for me this week.
