Went to a family dinner unscheduled and thought it was going to throw off my plan to workout but I still came home and did the replay!

Just completed the replay and I feel so good!!!! The cool down and end took me to such a place of gratitude. Thank you Fabi for your gift, this special thing that God only put inside of you to carry out this amazing community. Thank you for sharing your gift with us!!!

It did not disappoint!!! I managed to fuss my toddler for hiding my weights and moving my mat, cook spaghetti in between sets, all while getting "spaghetti arms" LOL! I definitely channeled my inner Queen Warrior today!!

It used to show the replays by date they aired and I dont see that anymore. When it says pick any three can it be from the replay list? And any particular type of workout? I see dance, barre, hiit, power some 30 some 1 hour. Thanks!!! Trying to get into a groove because I will most likely always miss the live so want to make sure I can get back to those at a later time. The video from yesterday shows not available. When will it be accesible?
