I’m so sorry for ur loss, i can only imagine how hard this is on u and your family. God does things we don’t understand a lot of the times but trust he knows what and why he does things. I pray u find peace & joy once again. Keep pushing, God will NEVER leave us or foresake us. He is ALWAYS with us. ❤️

Hey Charlise!!! Nice to see u, I feel u girl the time change is crazy. I went to Vegas 2 weeks ago and let me tell u I struggled getting back into it too!! Good thing is we’re back at it. I’m right there with u, can’t wait for Monday, LYC here we come!!!!

I feel u on this! I’ve been on medical leave since the end of November and it almost over for me. I’ll be back at work on the 24th or 31st and I too will have to do the replays since I work nights. The live workouts are a hit! I love being able to chat while we workout. I’m right there with u, LYC here we come!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
