I feel u on this! I’ve been on medical leave since the end of November and it almost over for me. I’ll be back at work on the 24th or 31st and I too will have to do the replays since I work nights. The live workouts are a hit! I love being able to chat while we workout. I’m right there with u, LYC here we come!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Happy Monday Queens!! Took a week off for my husband’s 45 bday in Las Vegas. True statement, “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!!!” I’m definitely no spring chicken anymore!! I missed all last week but I’m back at it again. Hope everyone has a great start to our week!!!

Morning queen!! U r going to love this program!! My suggestion is just stay consistent and committed to urself. Doing 3 workouts a week from this program as Fabi suggests will help u reach ur goals. I’ve been a part of this for almost a year now, I did the LYC challenge last year and I could see the results but life happened and I stopped. I’m back now and have been doing the live classes and they r amazing. The community is on point. The HITT classes can be challenging but afterwards they r so rewarding! U got this, we’re all in this together. Much love from H-town!!❤️🤘
